The Off Broadway Theater (99 to 131 Seats)

The Off Broadway Theater has been recently renovated, and will seat 99 – 130 patrons. This stage has a superb lighting and sound package. The stage is a 25’ wide x 27’ deep wooden platform. Additional platforms are available to increase the depth of the stage. Ideal for theater companies looking to take their productions up a notch. It is also great for corporate conferences and meetings. There are 2 dressing rooms, each with bathrooms. Air conditioning provided.

Payan Theater (50 Seats)

The Payan Theater is an intimate little black box space that seats 50 and has fixed risers. It is perfect for cabarets, play readings, poetry readings, improv groups and comedy troupes. The stage is 18’ wide x 14’ deep and has an excellent lighting and sound package, dressing room, and air conditioning.

This playhouse is a first rate black box theater with a professional lighting and sound package. There are 50-60 flex seats available. The stage is 20’ wide x 15′ deep (depth of the stage can be diminish or increase depending on the seats). This space is fantastic for performances. Theater features dressing room and air conditioning. Also great for meetings, corporate presentations, and vocal/acting coaches to provide classes.

The Mini Theater

$35 PER HOUR for Rehearsals or Staged Readings and $45 P/H FOR PERFORMANCES.
The Mini Theater is a quaint theatre space for anyone looking to get by on a tight theatre budget. It offers the perfect space for showcases, workshops or readings. The package includes theatrical lighting, a capacity of up to 25 seats, ample black curtains and floor and riser seating. Perfect for scene showcases, one acts or the work – in progress staged reading. The Mini Theatre also makes a great rehearsal space with two 6” Fresnel’s and two mini lights. The performing area is 10’ x 14’, and air conditioning is included.
The View Theater

The View Theater offers beautiful windows that highlight the large space. With capacity of up to 75 patrons, this spacious room is great for minimal music performances, readings and workshops. The stage area is 30’ x 30’ with flexible seating for performances. It features four hanging grid pipes, 12’ floor to grid, two 3.5” mini-ellipsoidal, two Part 64 and one 6” Fresnel’s. The View Theatre is also a wonderful rehearsal space for large cast productions and parties.
Roy Arias Studios & Theater is pleased to offer Independent theatre companies the opportunity to Co-produce with us. Co-productions with Roy Arias Studios & Theatre require a nominal flat fee and box office split. Box office split per co-productions is based upon sliding percentage in proportion to flat fee paid and is only available in our budget theatres.
