RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR NON PERFORMANCE RENTALS

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised there are no refunds, only credit issued.

All Cancellations must be done in writing to info@royariasstudios.com and will be applied to a future rental. Proof copy of the email will be required before receiving credit.

Credit will be received if notified:
- (1 hour bookings) within 24 hours written notice.
- (2 hour bookings) within 48 hours written notice.
- (3 hour or more bookings and ongoing clients) must provide one week written notice.

THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS
- Exact use of space must be explained to the management.
- RAST reserves the right to cancel the rental if used for different use than the one in the contract.
- The space will be available at the contracted time and it needs to be vacated at the time stipulated or extra charge will apply. There is no grace period.
- Please book more time if you need set up or break down time.
- The client is responsible for any damages done on/to the premises.
- License is required to bring to RAST attention anything deemed unsafe at the beginning of rental period.
- All spaces must be vacated in the condition it was entered- all trash removed and floors cleaned, or a cleaning fee will be assessed, or deposit forfeited
- Anything left on the premises will be charge a storage fee and will be considered abandoned after 30 days. Therefore said items will become property of Roy Arias Studios & Theatres after that time.
- Spaces and waiting areas are to be left in neat condition. Trash in trash cans, chairs and tables put away.
- No props, costumes or personal belonging are to be left in the hallways, fire exits or lobby, under any circumstances.
- License is responsible for any fine, citation or any legal action by the Fire Department as a result of breaking these rules.
- The hallways are quiet areas and not to be used for rehearsing, warming up or meetings.
- We reserve the right to move clients to an equal or larger space.
- Auditions may do check-ins in the hallway for less than 20 people at a time, a holding space must be rented if more than 20 people are in the hallway/lobby.
- If a representative, any member of the group, or guest violates any item of this agreement, Roy Arias Studios & Theatres has the right to terminate their occupancy immediately.
- Checks are accepted 5 business days before the rental.
- A minimum charge of $20.00 dollars, bank and lawyers fees will apply to any returned check and/or collection.

NON PERFORMANCE RENTALS IN THE THEATER.
- No eating or drinking inside the theatres except water.  NO FOOD OR LIQUID OF ANY KIND IN LIGHT BOOTHS!
- Rehearsal Space in the theatres is considered for the use of the stage only and will not include stage lighting, sound (can be used for a fee) or an audience. (Please ask about our prices for an audience related events)
Any audience related event must be under performance rate

BOOKING POLICY
Unfortunately, we cannot make reservations without payment. We accept all major credit cards and for your convenience space may be paid for over the phone. A credit card authorization form may be required.  Once payment is processed the space will be booked and rentals will be subject to our cancellation policy.
