THE OFF BROADWAY THEATRE
The Off Broadway Theatre was recently renovated and will seat 99 – 130 patrons.  This stage has a superb lighting and sound package.  The stage is 23’ wide x 18’ deep wooden platform. Additional platforms are available to increase the depth of the stage.  Ideal for theatre companies looking to take their productions up a notch.  It is also great for corporate conferences and meetings.  There are 2 dressing rooms each with bathrooms and has air conditioning.
