110 fixed seats with flexibilty to increase seating to 130 seats.  OBT can also be converted to 99 seats, adhereing to equity showcase code.  Ideal for professional theatre companies looking to take their productions up a notch.  Also great for corporate meetings and presentations.  The OBT has 2 dressing rooms each with their own bathrooms and is A/C equipped. 

Wooden platform stage, 23' wide x 18' deep with additional platforms available to increase performance area.  

Exclusive weekly and monthly rentals available.

Single evening performance blocks, 6-10pm, Monday - Sunday also available.  4 hour minimum required.
**Please note, rates for performance blocks higher for evenings Thursday  - Sunday.
