Roy Arias Studios and Theatres, located in the heart of the Theatre District is one of New York’s most uniquely arranged off Broadway venues. Housed in the recently renovated Times Square Arts Center, the accessibility is endless, with the Port Authority, Penn Station, and all other transportation options at your finger tips. Here at RAST we acknowledge the difficulties in finding quality space for both your performance and rehearsal needs. As we continue to grow, we are consistently creating and developing new spaces to provide the best customer services we possibly can.
Our staff consists of a group of artistic professionals with various backgrounds, however we share one special passion, and that is our love for the theatre arts. With that being said, who better suited to assist you with all of your theatrical needs?

Some of past rentals include big and small productions, classes of all sizes, seminars, rehearsals, conventions, parties, religious, educational and other group meetings. There have also been backers' auditions, readings, fashion shows, parties and showcases among other events.

The spacious lobbies, brand new bathrooms, two elevators and air conditioned spaces are a great asset to Roy Arias Studios & Theatres. All the spaces are handicap accessible.

RENTAL POLICY

Unfortunately we cannot make reservations without payment. We accept all major credit cards and in most instances space may be paid over the phone, for your convenience. A credit card authorization form may be required. Once payment is processed the space will be booked.
