Located on the 5^th floor, this 17 x 22 theatre provides a quaint space for anyone looking to get by on the tight theatre budget.  Theatrical lighting available, capacity up to 25 seats with two moveable risers.  Perfect for scene showcases, one acts or the work – in progress staged reading.  Also a great rehearsal space.  A/C equipped.

THE ROY ARIAS THEATRE II
Newly acquired, 99 seat exclusive theatre space with its own lobby and reception area.  Amazing location (9th Ave.  between 43rd & 44th st.),  1 floor walk up with raised wooden platform stage 22' wide x 20' deep.  Excellent lighting package with an extensive grid system.  Terrific space for musicals and independent theatre companies that produce full scale productions.  1 dressing room, piano available, A/C equipped. 

PAYAN THEATRE
Intimate 44 seat, fixed risers black box.  Stage is 18' wide x 14' deep.  Perfect for cabarets, play readings, poetry readings, improv and sketch comedy troupes.  Equipped with ample lighting and sound package.  Dressing area, A/C equipped.

Braised wood floor, 30 x 30 flex space with sound and light available. Large, beautiful windows offer a great view of 8th avenue as a backdrop.

The space is fully curtained, the light grid and lay-out make it a great TV Studio.  Also a wonderful rehearsal studio for large cast productions.

75 seat capacity.

THE SHOWCASE THEATRE (606A)
Tile floor, approximately 23 x 20 flex space with two moveable risers.  
40 - 45 seat capacity.  Minimal theatrical lights and sound available. 
Very good space for live music performances or screenings. 

301A and 606A are excellent spaces for readings and workshops.
