Roy Arias Studios and Theatres is pleased to present its new Acting Studio, featuring highly experienced and skilled acting coaches and theatre practitioners. Classes begin June 29th and July 6th, and run twice weekly for five weeks. Tuition cost is recession-friendly at only $299 per student! Welcome to Roy Arias Studios & Theatres! We are conveniently located in the heart of the Theatre District of New York and at our new location at 218 West 37th St. (5th Floor) We are home to numerous performance and multiple use spaces designed to fit the needs of the emerging artist and the seasoned professional where you will find the most unique performance and multiple use venues. Here at Roy Arias Studios & Theatres we acknowledge the difficulties in finding quality space. As we continue to expand, we are constantly creating and developing new spaces to provide the best in customer service. We are also pleased to offer independent theatre companies, the opportunity to have space without any money upfront. This is our split. Non-profit rates are also available for daily and weekly rentals, performances in the Payan Theatre, Off-Off Broadway Playhouse, and the Off Broadway Theatre.

Here at Roy Arias Studios & Theatres our staff consists of industry professionals who share one special passion, and that is a love of the arts.  With that being said, who better suited to assist you with all of your performance and space needs?  Our theatres have housed many exciting professional productions including Off Off Broadway  Theatre Shows, Showcases, Backer’s Auditions, Readings, Parties, Plays, and Fashion Shows.  We are also home to several prominent acting teachers, dance companies, and corporate meetings.  Most of our studios and theatres are located within a few short blocks of the Port Authority, Penn Station, bus terminal and most major subway lines…the accessibility is endless.  Plus all of our facilities are handicap accessible.
